Group fitness classes offering welcoming and friendly classes for people in their 40's, 50's & 60's.

Classes are held in The Main Hall and The Studio at The Clanfield Centre on Endal Way, Clanfield.
Exercises include a mix of aerobic and strength training, suitable to age and ability.

I want to build a community for all of us to enjoy, support each other and above all, have fun! ​


I won't be making unrealistic promises of a 'new you' in just 6 weeks.

Let's focus on what's realistic. Classes are aimed at people who want to get into fitness, maintain fitness levels and those who want to get back into exercise.
All abilities are welcome!

I have only been attending Jackies' Fitness Club for a short time but absolutely love it.The class does a different workout each week and everyone's so friendly.Been to other classes where you don't feel you have done much, but Jackie's class is excellent and good fun too
